Job summary

Penske Logistics is seeking a proven leader to provide day-to-day leadership at our Alburtis warehousing operation. You will guide teams to meet customer requirements and exceed goals while driving safety, efficiency and innovation.

The Operations Manager leads staff, develops forward-looking plans, and manages resources to achieve the site financial operating plan with bonus eligibility based on performance and location.

Qualifications

• 4 - 6 years related functional experience.
• 3+ years managerial or supervisory experience with supervising warehouse associates in distribution center management required
• Proficiency with computers including Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint required
• Bachelor's Degree preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead supervisors and associates to meet customer objectives.
• Meet or exceed customer KPIs and operational goals.
• Develop and execute annual financial operating plans.
• Maintain a safe, incident-free work culture.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and growth.
• Oversee fleet/equipment utilization and vendor relations.
