Job summary

Wesco in Georgia is seeking a full-time warehouse worker for Operations Coordination. You will analyze complex data, calibrate measurements, solve problems, and communicate with the public as part of our operations team.

The role supports a Fortune 250 distributor and requires Mon-Fri shifts. You will strengthen local operations by coordinating documentation, preparing reports, and identifying bottlenecks with management.

Qualifications

High School Degree or Equivalent required.
3+ years of order management experience within a warehouse or production environment preferred.
Demonstrated professional written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

Supports the local operations team with coordinated efforts specific to the location.
Prepares reports as necessary and manages documentation.
Identifies bottlenecks in processes and works with management to resolve issues.
Coordinates with carriers and local managers to align employees and workflow with customer commitments.
Acts as team lead on small or special projects when Supervisor is away.
Manages daily order and task production in the warehouse management system and prioritizes customer requests.
