Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Minimum 2 years as a warehouse lead/supervisor preferred.
• Sit-down forklift experience required.
• Forklift certification or ability to become certified.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, pick, pack, staging, and shipping of material in a timely and accurate manner.
• Coordinate daily receipt, processing, distribution, and monitoring of wire service content.
• Communicate expectations to team and maintain organized workspace.
• Maintain high customer service levels and monitor team productivity.
• Assist in hiring and onboarding as needed.
• Ensure duties comply with Work Instructions and safety policies.
