Job summary

Canteen is hiring a Warehouse Manager to oversee daily warehouse operations, inventory control, safety compliance, and staff development in a fast-paced distribution and vending services environment.

This role ensures efficient receiving, storage, order fulfillment, and shipping activities that support route operations and customer locations while maintaining inventory accuracy, operational excellence, and a culture of safety and accountability.

Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, logistics, or related field preferred.
• 3+ years in warehouse, distribution, inventory management, or logistics.
• 2+ years in supervisory/management in a warehouse environment.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control, shipping, and receiving.
• OSHA regulations and workplace safety knowledge.
• MS Office Suite proficiency (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Experience with WMS and inventory management software.
• Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds in a warehouse setting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
• Oversee receiving, storage, inventory control, and shipping functions.
• Monitor inventory levels, product availability, and stock movement.
• Ensure compliance with warehouse procedures and standards.
• Lead safety initiatives and promote a strong safety culture.
