Zusammenfassung

A&B Distributors is seeking a Warehouse Manager in Oklahoma City to oversee daily warehouse operations for a fast-paced beverage distribution business. You will lead a team, coordinate inbound and outbound activities, manage inventory accuracy, and uphold safety and performance standards to ensure timely deliveries.

Responsibilities include directing dock operations, supervising order pulling, handling receiving and loading processes, and maintaining a safe, organized facility.

Qualifikationen

• Experience leading warehouse staff and coordinating inbound/outbound operations.
• 3+ years in warehouse or distribution environment.
• 1+ years as supervisor or manager.
• Able to obtain PIT certification to operate warehouse equipment.
• Comfortable working in varying warehouse temperatures.
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.

Aufgaben

• Lead warehouse team and ensure safety and accountability.
• Direct daily operations for pickers, inbound/outbound trucks, and dock management.
• Ensure stock readiness and assist with order pulling for deliveries.
• Support receiving, unloading, loading, and truck movement.
• Maintain health and safety requirements and conduct monthly safety meetings.
• Oversee security, housekeeping, and facility upkeep.
