MacArthur Co. is seeking an Assistant Warehouse Manager to serve as a bridge between customers, the sales team, and the warehouse. You will help schedule inbound and outbound shipments, fill in as acting warehouse manager, and support a positive work environment.

The role includes coordinating shipments, generating reports for the sales team, and maintaining accurate daily cycle counts in a safety‑conscious, fast‑paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Track status of shipments and schedule accordingly.
• Set up outgoing shipments with various carriers.
• Coordinate with all departments to stay aligned.
• Prepare reports for the sales team.
• Provide customer service daily.
• Take calls from dispatchers and drivers to schedule shipments.
• Complete safety reports and daily cycle counts.
• Maintain an orderly weekly schedule.
