SmartSource Website is looking for a Warehouse Manager to oversee inventory and flow of rental assets at their Las Vegas Branch. The successful candidate will lead a warehouse team, ensuring efficient processes in Receiving, Inbound QC, and Shipping operations.

Responsibilities also include maintaining organization, implementing safety protocols, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential for fostering a high-energy work environment and achieving warehouse objectives.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of experience in a warehouse, inventory, or operations role.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, develop, and motivate a team.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple workflows.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the warehouse team.
• Ensure equipment is received and stored correctly.
