Job summary

Gallaher Fire, Security, and Communications is recruiting for a warehouse role focused on daily operations in our Nashville facility. The position handles shipping, receiving, part reconciliation, and inventory tasks, and requires readiness to deliver parts to job sites.

You will support a clean, safe workspace, assist in change orders, and collaborate with the team to refine processes. Valid DL and background checks are mandatory.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Valid Driver’s License with clean driving record.
• Clean Background Check – Criminal and Driving.
• Understanding of construction sites.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the day-to-day operations of a warehouse.
• Responsible for shipping & receiving, part reconciliation, inventory reports.
• Process returns for defective equipment.
• Deliver parts to jobsites.
• Keep warehouse clean and tidy.
• Collaborate with the warehouse team to improve processes.
• Complete change orders as necessary.
• Other duties as assigned.
