Hitachi Energy is seeking a Warehouse Operations Supervisor to lead inventory management, warehouse activities, and the flow of finished goods across the supply chain.

You will coordinate with production planning, logistics, transportation, and planning teams to optimize routing, storage, and distribution while driving continuous improvement. This role emphasizes safety, teamwork, and operational excellence in a global environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of warehouse, inventory, distribution, or supply chain operations experience.
• Experience leading or coordinating teams in an operational environment.
• Strong understanding of inventory management, forecasting, warehousing, and distribution processes.
• Excellent communication, organizational, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support daily warehouse and inventory operations to meet business objectives.
• Set clear operational priorities and guide team performance to achieve results.
• Monitor inventory levels, positioning, and product movement to support demand and production.
• Coordinate with production planning, transportation, and warehouse teams to optimize routing, scheduling, storage and distribution.
• Maintain and improve inventory system data, including lead times and forecasting inputs.
• Analyze inventory trends, forecasts, and performance to identify improvement opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and safety standards by teams and stakeholders.
• Foster a collaborative, accountable, and customer-focused team environment and support employee development.
• Ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures and guidelines.
