The Climatic Corporation in Memphis, TN is seeking a Warehouse Manager to lead staff and optimize daily warehouse operations while maintaining a customer-focused approach. You will set priorities, implement procedures, schedule workflows, and coordinate with Operations, Purchasing, and Customer Service to meet daily demand.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Knowledge of warehouse strategy, KPI, and general supply chain principles required.
• Experience increasing throughput, creating procedures, measuring KPI, and coordinating with carriers and terminals.
• Forklift certification required; box clamp attachments experience preferred; familiarity with WMS/handheld scanners a plus.
• Proficiency with Excel, Outlook, and Windows is required.

Responsabilités

• Manage warehouse staff and workflow to efficiently handle workload.
• Set up procedures and plans to meet day-to-day customer needs.
• Work with Operations Manager to improve warehouse strategy and procedures.
• Collaborate with Purchasing and Customer Service.
• Receive, process, and store incoming stock and materials; pick, stage, and load outbound orders.
• Ensure safe storage, accurate counting, and on-time delivery to the proper consignee.
• Direct shipping and warehouse activities to maximize efficiency with minimal disruption to production.
