Responsibilities

• Lead the process for accurate receiving and shipping activity in the warehouse.
• Operate warehouse equipment such as dollies, pallet jacks, forklifts, tow motors, cherry pickers, etc. when needed.
• Perform all pre-operation inspections to ensure that the machinery is in working-order and fill out the inspection log.
• Make sure all trucks are loaded on time and damage free.
• Train team in the areas of safety, compliance, working effectively, and other areas.
• Supervise a shift of 8 to 10 associates to ensure that direct reports are adhering to safety and operational processes.
• Establish team goals and work with each associate to achieve and exceed their performance goals.
• Ensure that facilities are clean and safe by thoroughly inspecting all areas, promote teamwork, and foster the culture of the company.
• Perform other duties as required.
