Irby Utilities is seeking a Warehouse Lead in Little Rock, AR to supervise daily warehousing operations and ensure accurate, on-time fulfillment. You will direct receiving, stock processing, picking, packing, and shipping while maintaining a safe, efficient workspace.

You will lead a small team, train associates, and coordinate with internal customers. This role offers growth within a nationwide utility solutions provider and competitive benefits.

Responsibilities

• Direct and perform warehousing duties including loading, picking, and shipping.
• Monitor outbound shipment accuracy and timeliness.
• Ensure orders and branch transfers are fulfilled correctly and on time.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, hand trucks or dollies to move stock.
• Maintain safe, clean, and productive work environment; lead best practices.
• Assist with inventory management and cycle counts.
• Assist in ordering replenishments within established procedures and limits.
• Assist in training and development of Warehouse associates.
• Be courteous in all contact with company customers.
