Job summary

Aramark is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor in Lincoln, NE to guide warehouse activities, ensure accurate storing and distribution of raw materials and finished goods, and maintain a safe working environment.

You will supervise receiving, inventory control, and timely delivery while upholding security standards; training staff and implementing process improvements to reduce costs and raise efficiency.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in shipping/receiving supervisor role.
• Basic math skills (add/subtract/multiply/divide).
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Flexible to variable work demands.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate planning and assignment of work to maximize efficiency.
• Maintain inventory levels based on usage and demand.
• Receive shipments and log into tracking system for disbursement.
• Inspect deliveries for accuracy and quality; reject undesirable items.
• Oversee warehouse and inventory to ensure security and upkeep.
• Assist in ordering from site vendors; liaise with management or vendors.
• Suggest improvements to warehouse practices to cut costs and improve service.
• Provide training for warehouse staff.
• Uncrate and properly dispose of or store packaging as needed.
