Job summary

Collectors is seeking a Warehouse Technician to lead coordination of daily warehouse operations. You will report to the Warehouse Manager and work from our Santa Ana, CA office headquarters.

Responsibilities include coordinating shipping/receiving, inventory management, and order fulfillment across multiple locations, monitoring equipment, and ensuring safety and cleanliness in a fast-paced environment. A high school diploma and 2+ years’ experience are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of experience in a warehouse or related field.
• Proven leadership experience in a team setting.
• Organizational and time management skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily operations such as shipping and receiving, inventory management and order fulfillment, including external offices/locations.
• Monitor warehouse equipment and supplies and order new items when needed.
• Ensure the warehouse is clean and organized and that safety protocols are followed.
