Job summary

Gear Up Sports, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Warehouse Manager to lead daily operations in our Hillsboro facility. You will plan assignments, coach staff, and track key metrics to improve accuracy and throughput.

You will partner with the operations leadership to resolve bottlenecks, implement safety initiatives, and drive continuous improvement across the warehouse. Strong English communication and leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in warehouse work experience.
• Proven coaching and team development ability.
• Experience with ERP systems; MS Dynamics is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal English communication.
• Ability to promote safety and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Coach and manage team performance, including disciplinary actions and reviews.
• Direct daily assignments and staffing for Material Handler and Warehouse Lead roles.
• Identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements.
• Conduct inventory management and cycle counts.
• Cross-train staff and provide backup coverage.
• Monitor metrics and report results.
• Ensure safe working environment and compliance.
