Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required, college coursework preferred.
• At least six months of experience in distribution or manufacturing.

• Ability to meet deadlines and use data entry/inventory systems.

Responsibilities

• Assists management with hiring and training of new employees.
• Conducts performance evaluations that are timely and constructive.
• Schedules and oversees warehouse staff.
• Leads warehouse team to ensure tasks are completed: inventory receipts, storage, and transfers.
• Replenishes stock and ensures correct storage locations.
• Transfers inventory to trucks for delivery on schedule.
• Coordinates transfers between departments and with stakeholders.
• Collaborates to improve warehouse efficiency and controls expenditures.
• Enforces operating instructions and safety policies.
• Resolves routine equipment issues.
