Coastal Elite Pro in Edwardsville, KS is seeking a warehouse support specialist to manage inbound, outbound and internal processes, ensuring accurate product movement and timely order fulfillment. You will prepare shipments, handle packaging, and stage materials to meet dispatch requirements.

Reconcile inventory discrepancies and monitor stock levels while maintaining storage conditions and documenting shipment status to ensure warehouse visibility.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required; associate degree preferred.
• 3+ years experience in warehouse support, logistics, or inventory control.
• Knowledge of warehouse operations, safety practices, and documentation procedures.
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to organize work and support continuous process improvement.
