Job summary

Aramsco, a leading solutions provider to specialty contractors across North America, is seeking a Warehouse Operations Coordinator to oversee daily warehouse activities, manage inventory, supervise staff, and optimize processes for productivity and accuracy. This role emphasizes safety, coordination with other departments, and the implementation of SOPs, with an hourly pay of $20/hour.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma and experience in warehouse operations, plus proficiency with WMS

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; degree in logistics, supply chain management, or related field preferred.
• Proven experience in warehouse operations or logistics.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in WMS and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Stand, walk, and move throughout the warehouse for extended periods.
• Familiarity with warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks, etc.) is a plus.
• May require overtime or weekend work during peak periods.

Responsibilities

• Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records and perform regular audits.
• Staff Supervision: Lead and train warehouse staff, schedule shifts, and manage performance.
• Operational Coordination: Oversee receiving, storing, and shipping of goods; ensure safety and policy compliance.
• Process Improvement: Analyze operations, implement new technologies, and develop SOPs.
• Reporting and Communication: Generate inventory/operational reports and coordinate with management and partners.
