Job summary

Aramsco in Santa Fe Springs, CA is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support inventory control, order fulfillment, receiving, and shipping. You will handle cycles counts, data entry, and operate Reach Trucks and forklifts in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years in a warehouse, is bilingual in English/Spanish, and can lift 75+ lbs while maintaining safety. This full-time role offers evening shift hours and benefits.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 1 to 3 years of work experience in a warehouse setting.
• Trained and certified material handler to operate lifting machinery such as Reach Trucks and Forklifts.
• Experience with Cycle Counts and RF Scanner.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as procedure manuals and work instructions.
• Capable of speaking and communicating well with customers and coworkers in a professional manner.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
• Ability to frequently lift, push or pull 75+ lbs.

Responsibilities

• Inventory locating, counting, receiving, storing, stocking and shipping merchandise.
• Assemble customer orders from stock, palletize, and convey orders to packing station.
• Receive and count incoming daily freight into the computer system.
• Sort and store materials on racks or shelves according to product code.
• Update product maintenance locations daily and perform cycle counts.
• Inspect and process returns and respond to queues in a timely manner.
• Load or unload merchandise and operate company equipment safely.
• Participate in daily warehouse sanitation and safety compliance.

About the Position

We are currently seeking an energetic and driven Warehouse Associate to join our team. Qualified candidates must have general knowledge of warehouse distribution and inventory practices.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

• Responsible for inventory locating, counting, receiving, storing, stocking and shipping merchandise kept in the warehouse.
• Assemble customer orders from stock, place orders on pallets, and convey orders to packing station.
• Receive and count incoming daily freight and properly receive items into computer system.
• Sort and store materials and products on racks, bins, or shelves according to predetermined sequence or product code.
• Review and resolve any discrepancies regarding freight claims.
• Update product maintenance locations on a daily basis.
• Accurately complete cycle counts on a daily basis.
• Inspect and process returns into the warehouse.
• Review and respond to queues in a timely manner.
• Load or unload merchandise while it’s being received or when it’s being shipped.
• Drive company equipment in a professional and safe manner at all times.
• Assist in daily warehouse maintenance, cleaning, sweeping and trash removal to ensure that sanitation and safety codes are followed.

Qualifications and Skills

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 1 to 3 years of work experience in a warehouse setting.
• Trained and certified material handler to operate lifting machinery such as Reach Trucks and Forklifts.
• Experience with Cycle Counts and RF Scanner.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as procedure manuals and work instructions.
• Capable of speaking and communicating well with customers and coworkers in a professional manner.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimal.
• Good physical health is required.
• Associates will often need to work at a rapid pace to meet shipping and receiving deadlines.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred.
• Ability to frequently lift, push or pull 75+ lbs on a frequent and repetitive basis.
• Must be familiar with the data works systems and be able to input and retrieve data.

Compensation

Pay Range: $18.00 - $20.00 Second Shift - 11:00 am - 8:00 pm
