• Stand, walk, and move throughout the warehouse for extended periods.
• Familiarity with warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks, etc.) is a plus.
• May require overtime or weekend work during peak periods.

The Warehouse Operations Coordinator is responsible for overseeing and coordinating daily warehouse activities to ensure efficient operations. This role involves managing inventory, supervising staff, and optimizing processes to enhance productivity and accuracy within the warehouse.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

Hourly Pay : $20/hr.

Inventory Management

• Maintain accurate inventory records and perform regular audits.
• Coordinate stock replenishment and order fulfillment.
• Implement inventory control procedures to minimize discrepancies.

Staff Supervision:

• Lead and train warehouse staff on best practices and safety procedures.
• Schedule shifts and manage employee performance.

Operational Coordination:

• Oversee the receiving, storing, and shipping of goods.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.

Process Improvement:

• Implement new technologies and systems to enhance productivity.
• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs).

Reporting and Communication:

• Generate reports on inventory levels, order status, and operational metrics.
• Communicate effectively with management, staff, and external partners.
• Address any issues that arise and propose solution.

• May require occasional overtime or weekend work during peak periods.
