Job summary

DIRECTV in Wichita is hiring a Warehouse Assistant to receive, stock, pull, distribute, ship and track materials and equipment. You will perform order fulfillment across programs while maintaining accurate inventory records and operating power-driven material handling equipment.

This role requires the ability to lift up to 75 pounds, work varied hours including day/evening/night, and drive company vehicles when assigned. The position offers a base hourly wage with bonus and benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years old with valid driver’s license
• Ability to drive a vehicle, including manual transmission
• Able to pass security investigation and medical evaluations
• Able to work varied hours (days, evenings, nights) including overtime and weekends

Responsibilities

• Receive and verify incoming shipments
• Sort and place materials on racks and shelves
• Pull and distribute materials to fulfill technician requests
• Prepare merchandise for shipment
• Move and lift up to 75 pounds
• Maintain accurate inventory records with computerized system
• Operate power-driven material handling equipment
• Sort waste/recyclables as required
• Work independently with minimal supervision
• Drive company vehicle as assigned
• Handle returned goods and replenish stock
