Job summary

AAA Mountain West Group seeks a Warehouse Operations Support III to ensure timely fulfillment of parts requests for installers, technicians, and managers. You will manage inventory levels, perform cycle counts, and coordinate procurement while supporting facility operations.

The role requires strong MS Office and warehouse equipment skills, with a focus on accuracy and teamwork in a 5S environment. This is an onsite position in Scottsdale, five days a week.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Minimum of 2-4 years of warehousing and logistics experience.
• Experience with inventory management preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer systems.

Responsibilities

• Fulfill and stage parts requests and maintain timely delivery.
• Manage procurement, inventory monitoring, and purchase orders.
• Support facility operations, returns, and 5S procedures.
• Collaborate with Warehouse Service Technician and other teams.
