Job summary

Fronius USA, LLC in Portage, Indiana, seeks a warehouse/logistics associate to maintain inventory, manage inbound/outbound flow, and prepare shipments with accuracy.

Requirements include forklift certification, experience with WMS, ERP and related digital tools, strong data entry and English communication, and the ability to work independently or in a team. Hybrid schedule and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Iy must have forklift certification and valid licensing.
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) is highly desirable.
• Basic knowledge of ERP systems and digital tools is preferred.
• Proficiency in English (verbal and written) required.
• General knowledge of using hand tools and measuring devices.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and housekeeping according to workflow.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all incoming/outgoing items.
• Locate, retrieve, pack, and prepare items for shipment per policy.
• Inspect products and verify accuracy with routine checks.
• Manage inbound and outbound flow of materials.
• Operate equipment and tools to fulfill daily tasks.
• Count, sort, and stock materials by size/type/location.
• Analyze data and report findings to management.
• Meet goals and deadlines with timely outcomes.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
