Job summary

Kenco Logistics is seeking a Warehouse Administrator to support customer-facing and leadership reporting on tactical and strategic initiatives in operations, including inventory accuracy, audits, and system checks. You will provide administrative support to the internal leadership team and to customers to ensure business requirements are consistently met.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a warehouse or distribution environment.
• Proficient with Outlook, Word and Excel; strong organizational skills.
• Detail oriented with ability to handle multiple tasks accurately.

Responsibilities

• Maintain all required customer reports and distribute to proper personnel.
• Provide adhoc reports daily and weekly for customer and leadership insight.
• Communicate operational information to leadership in a timely manner.
• Allocate shipments based on product availability and customer requests.
• Prepare shipping documents and maintain shipping/receiving records.
• Data entry into inventory/WMS; reconcile records with physical counts.
