Kenco Group is seeking a Warehouse Associate in Kenosha, WI to support picking and packing orders, labeling shipments, and ensuring accuracy for diverse carriers. The role involves operating standard warehouse equipment, maintaining inventory records, and upholding safety and quality standards.

Qualified candidates typically have a high school diploma, warehouse experience, basic computer skills, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in a warehouse or distribution environment preferred.
• Ability to pass Background and Drug Screen.
• Able to complete physical tasks (stooping, walking, lifting up to 50lbs).

Responsibilities

• Pick orders for shipment, ensuring correct product and quantity.
• Measure, weigh, and count products and materials.
• May operate a forklift or order picker for picking orders.
• Pack orders for shipment by parcel, LTL, and TL carriers.
• Record product, packaging, and order information on forms/records.
• Affix proper shipping and tracking labels; follow DOT/IATA/IMDG labeling.
• Report missing items or quality variances to supervisor.
• Ensure outbound shipments are accurate and damage-free.
• Inspect containers and packing to meet specifications per SOP.
• Participate in Inventory/Cycle Count as needed.
• Maintain a clean, neat, and orderly work area.
• Ensure facility is inspection-ready for SQFI, FDA, and customers.
