Job summary

ALDI USA is offering a Warehouse Operations Internship in Greenwood, Indiana. This full-time, 10-week program provides hands-on experience in a fast-growing grocery retailer, with 40 hours per week and a $28.00 hourly wage, plus eligibility for overtime.

Participants will learn warehouse operations, assist with training and administrative tasks, and may be considered for a full-time opportunity after graduation.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management or related field.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to stay organized and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrates initiative and a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Learns warehouse operations and collaborates with warehouse staff.
• Assists leadership with training and with all administrative tasks.
• Prepares presentations and reports on warehouse areas for ALDI executives.
• Attends and assists with interviews and orientations.
• Maintains professionalism with attendance and adherence to guidelines.
