Job summary

Henkel is offering a summer internship in its Consumer Brands unit to build data-driven insights across Laundry & Home Care and Hair products. You will work with cross-functional teams to complete at least one project and present findings to stakeholders.

This role emphasizes analytical thinking, data analysis, and strong communication while providing exposure to Henkel’s global business network and learning platform with thousands of courses. May lead to full-time opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Undergraduate student pursuing a degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or Data Analytics.
  • Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and communicate findings clearly.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Self-starter with a proactive approach to learning and problem-solving.
  • Strong collaboration skills and ability to work effectively across teams.
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel; familiarity with Power BI or other analytics tools is a plus.

Additional information
  • This internshipis NOT eligible for a housing stipend or relocation support.
  • This internship has a duration of May 24th – August 13th.
  • Recruitment for our 2027 internships starts in September 2026 and runs through early March 2027 or until all our positions are filled.

The salary for this role is $22-$27/hour. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range. This salary range may also be modified in the future.
