Henkel’s Consumer Brands internship in Bentonville offers hands-on exposure to supply chain analytics, CPFR processes, and cross-functional collaboration. You will rotate through areas like CPFR, customer service, deductions, and transportation while gaining experience with data analysis to identify cost-saving opportunities.

Qualified candidates are undergraduate students in supply chain, business, finance, accounting, or data analytics, with strong Excel skills and ideally Power BI

Qualifications

• Undergrad student pursuing a relevant degree (Supply Chain, Business, Finance, Accounting or Data Analytics).
• Familiarity with Microsoft Excel; Power BI or similar analytics tools a plus.
• Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills; and clear written/verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Support CPFR/Customer Excellence & Logistics rotations.
• Analyze customer and internal data to identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Assist in managing a portion of a CPFR analyst portfolio.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external suppliers to understand end-to-end supply chain operations.
• Support initiatives to improve customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
• Apply data-driven decision-making in a dynamic environment.

What you’ll do

• Complete tworotations in the Customer Excellence & Logistics Team. Rotations canconsist of CPFR (Collaborative Planning, Forecasting, &Replenishment), customer service, deductions, transportation or more.
• Gain hands-onexperience analyzing customer and internal data to identify cost-savingopportunities and improve process.
• Assist inmanaging a portion of a CPFR analyst's portfolio.
• Collaborate withcross-functional teams and external suppliers to understand end-to-endsupply chain operations.
• Supportinitiatives that enhance customer satisfaction and operationalefficiency.
• Learn and applydata-driven decision-making in a dynamic business environment.

• An undergraduate(rising junior or senior) student pursuing a degree in Supply Chain,Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or Data Analytics.
• Experience withMicrosoft Excel; familiarity with Power BI or other analytics tools is aplus.
• Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills.
• Ability to analyze data and communicate findings clearly.Effective written and verbal communication skills.

• This internship is NOT eligible for a housing stipend or relocation support.
• This internship has a duration of May 17th– August 13th.

The salary for this role is $22-$27/hour. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range. This salary range may also be modified in the future.
