The position emphasizes developing organizational and communication skills, working with cross-functional teams, and participating in interviews, orientations, and trainings.

Qualifications

• Pursuing or completing a Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management or related field.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to build positive internal and external relationships.
• Strong organizational skills and multi-tasking ability.
• Proactive and hardworking with attention to deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Learn warehouse operations and collaborate with warehouse staff.
• Assist training leader and contribute to creating a culture of excellence.
• Follow policies and procedures and support leadership with training tasks.
• Help improve warehouse associate performance and efficiency.
• Attend interviews, orientations, and company trainings and meetings.
• Support Inventory Control Team with inventory tasks.
• Assist with Waste Walks and Seven Step Problem Solving.
• Prepare and present reports on warehouse operations to ALDI executives.
