Job summary

CIRCOR International, Inc. is seeking a warehouse picker to support stock replenishment and order fulfillment in our North Carolina facility. You will learn all warehouse areas and be utilized across sections as needed.

Key tasks include cycle counting, pulling orders, maintaining accurate records, operating a forklift, and coordinating with purchasing to ensure timely packaging and shipping of customer orders. A strong eye for detail and safe work habits are essential.

Qualifications

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects.
• Self-direct based on vacancies and workload in department.
• Organization and self-motivation required.
• Forklift experience a plus.
• Microsoft Excel preferred.
• Blueprint reading preferred.
• Familiarity with JDE.
• Attention to detail is critical.
• Must work with sense of urgency.
• Effective communication and problem-solving skills.
• Must have excellent verbal communication skills.
• Must support and work in a team environment.
• Must be able to lift 25 lbs. on a frequent basis and stand/walk most of the day.
• Excellent attendance record and solid performance record.
• Must be eligible to work in the US without employer sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Cycle counting.
• Print/pull warehouse shop orders and customer orders.
• Attend daily Gemba meetings.
• Consolidating warehouse materials.
• Removing excess and obsolete material.
• Put away all inbound materials purchased and manufactured.
• Maintain inventory records on all raw materials; process all required paperwork pertaining to materials.
• Operate forklift to load and unload trucks in receiving.
• Receive and store purchase orders.
• Pull production shop orders.
• Coordinate with purchasing to pull and package OSM.
• Package and ship customer orders.
• Dump Hoppers.
• Perform other duties as necessary.
