Responsibilities

• Pick, pack & process supply orders through UPS shipping system or local carrier per routing guides.
• Ensure all supply orders printed by 3PM ship the same day.
• Receive inbound shipments by matching packing slips with products; report discrepancies.
• Inspect inbound equipment shipments for freight damage; handle damaged items with care.
• Unbox and pull equipment orders and fill backorders the same day.
• Assist with freight charges and status inquiries with Vision Center Reps.
