Job summary

Wesco in Reno, NV is seeking a Coordinator in Operations to support the warehouse team with order prioritization and routing. You will provide assistance across the warehouse based on location needs.

As a team member you will coordinate documentation, identify and resolve process issues with management, and lead small projects while ensuring orders and tasks flow smoothly through the warehouse management system. This role runs Monday–Friday, 9:00a.m.–6:00p.m.

Qualifications

• High school degree or equivalent required.
• 3+ years of order management experience within a warehouse or production environment required.
• 1 year of operational and/or logistics experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage documentation
• Identify potential problems in processes and work with management to resolve
• Coordinate with local managers and supervisors to align employees and workflow
• Act as team lead on small or special projects
• Manage multiple communication systems to ensure internal customer requests are accomplished
• Manage daily order and task production in the warehouse management system
