Qualifications

• High school degree or equivalent required.
• 3+ years of order management experience within a warehouse or production environment required.
• Forklift experience preferred.
• 1 year of operational and/or logistics experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage documentation for the team.
• Identify and help resolve process problems with management.
• Coordinate with local managers to align staff and workflow.
• Act as team lead on small or special projects.
• Manage multiple communication systems for internal customer requests.
• Oversee daily order and task production in the warehouse management system.
