US FOODS is seeking a Warehouse Coordinator to support distribution center operations, respond to inquiries, and assist warehouse and transportation leadership. The role emphasizes accuracy in data handling, routine documentation, and cross-functional coordination.

The ideal candidate brings 2+ years of clerical experience, strong communication, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. The job is Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:30 PM, with benefits starting on day one.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of clerical experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and process routine forms, reports, and documents related to warehouse and transportation.
• Communicate with internal and external customers to support staff and customer needs.
• Track inventory levels of office supplies and initiate purchase orders.
• Create basic charts, graphs, and spreadsheets for manager review.
