Job summary

Iron Mountain is seeking a high-performing Operations Warehouse Coordinator to join our Clutter team at the Victorville depot. You will coordinate daily fulfillment across inbound, outbound, and inventory transfers, guiding floor teams to meet operational SLAs.

Schedule: 7:00am–3:30pm, Thursday to Monday; Pay rate: $32/hour. You will audit movements, maintain asset tracking via mobile apps and 5S standards, and support cost-efficient depot operations for internal and external customers.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in warehouse operations or related roles.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for full shifts.
• Experience with handheld scanners and WMS software.
• Experience in inventory tracking or logistics preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily fulfillment tasks across inbound, outbound, and inventory transfers.
• Audit inventory movements and resolve bottlenecks.
• Ensure safety protocols and 5S standards.
• Maintain asset tracking via mobile apps.
• Support depot operations in a cost-effective manner.
