Job summary

Wesco is seeking an Administrator in Operations to support branch operations with reports, customer data maintenance and compliance tasks. You will handle inventory checks, returns processing, and credit memo workflows in a fast-paced environment.

Typical duties include maintaining records, assisting with daily tasks, and ensuring adherence to Wesco standards while delivering reliable administrative support to the team.

Qualifications

• High school degree or equivalent required.
• 1 year of operational/administrative experience preferred.
• 1 year of customer service and internal sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct inventory procedures as part of daily tasks.
• Review return authorization and credit memo forms pending return of material.
• Inspect condition of return material and placement of returns pending final disposition.
• Check inventory items and ensure they are consistent with Wesco standards.
• Run credit memos when appropriate.
