Job summary

Chamberlain Group is seeking an Associate II, Warehouse to support our distribution operations in Washington. You will perform warehouse tasks following standard work, assist customers with order pickup, and help deliver inventory to customer locations while maintaining safety and quality.

The role requires at least 3 years in a high-volume warehouse, reading and writing in English, and a valid driver’s license. Forklift certification is required, with welding/torch experience preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Forklift certification required.
• 3+ years in a high-volume warehouse environment.
• Ability to read and write in English.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Perform warehouse tasks following standard work and safety policies.
• Assist customers with order pickup and delivery of inventory.
• May perform basic modifications to parts per specifications.
• Oversee outbound shipment processes.
• Handle inbound telephone inquiries and perform administrative duties as requested.
• Maintain a clean, safe working environment and follow health guidelines.
• Operate warehouse equipment safely to minimize accidents.
• Contribute to process improvements to optimize operations.
• Identify deviations and notify supervisor to correct issues.
