Job summary

Chamberlain Group is seeking an Associate II, Warehouse to perform warehouse tasks safely and efficiently in a fast-paced environment at our San Jose location. You will assist with order pickups, deliveries, and basic customer service while maintaining clean, safe operations and proper handling of all equipment.

The role requires 3+ years in a high-volume warehouse, a valid driver92s license, and forklift certification; Spanish proficiency and welding/torch experience are a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; forklift certification.
• 3+ years in a high-volume warehouse environment.
• Ability to read and write in English.
• Valid driver92s license.
• Preferred: Welding/torch experience; Spanish proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Perform all warehouse tasks using standard work and policies to ensure safety and quality.
• Assist customers with order pickup and deliver inventory to customer locations.
• May perform basic modifications to parts of customer products as required.
• Oversee outbound shipment processes.
• Assist with incoming telephone inquiries and other administrative duties.
