Job summary

CEVA Logistics is seeking a warehouse/operator position focused on efficient warehouse operations and accurate inventory management. The role emphasizes safe handling, order fulfillment, and collaborative teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

You will support receiving, storage, and distribution activities, with opportunities to lead small teams and train new hires, while maintaining high standards of quality and safety in daily tasks.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required, typically at least two years of warehousing or related logistics experience.
• Forklift certification typically required within 3–6 months of hire; valid driver’s license preferred.
• Ability to operate hand and power tools (hand truck, pallet jack) and related warehouse equipment.
• Basic proficiency in Internet, web-based and job-specific software applications.
• Willingness to become forklift certified when required.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers through collaboration and timely communication.
• Perform various manual labor tasks such as picking inventory, counting cargo, loading goods, and packaging as needed.
• Coordinate receipt, storage, and distribution of materials within the assigned area; prepare and move orders.
• Manage sorting and placement of materials on racks, shelves, pallets or bins according to predefined characteristics.
• Potentially lead small teams and provide basic training to new hires or transfers.
• Operate forklift when required and maintain safe operations.
• Complete forms, labels and documents to ensure inventory accuracy and successful deliveries.
• Identify and report operational or service concerns and assist with resolutions.
