Ingram Content Group (ICG) is hiring an Operations Associate to join the Operations team in La Vergne, TN. The role supports distribution center processes, ensuring efficient warehouse operations and adherence to safety protocols.

The position requires a minimum of one year of work experience and the ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, standing, and repetitive manual work. Schedule may include OT as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of work experience in any role.
• Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, pushing, pulling, and standing for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Checks shipment quantity against bill of lading and inspects cartons and skids, signs as received or notes discrepancies.
• Works shipment by title, places cartons on the conveyor, counts and inspects books, and completes breakdown tickets.
• Unloads cartons from conveyor, sorts onto pallets by warehouse zones.
