Job summary

KeHE Distributors in Douglasville, GA, is hiring an Associate, Warehouse Operations to ensure accurate receiving and preparation of shipments for our customers. You will operate warehouse equipment, manage inventory, and perform receiving, stowing, picking, packing, and shipping with a focus on safety, quality, and teamwork.

Start time is 8AM with a 4-day, 10-hour shift pattern (Sun, Tue, Wed, Fri). New hire pay starts at $21.17 per hour, with growth opportunities after a 90-day probation period.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Availability to work weekends, holidays, day shifts, and overnight schedules.
• At least one year of experience in food distribution or a warehouse environment is preferred.
• At least one year of experience operating powered warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, stock pickers, etc.

Responsibilities

• Receive, stow, pick, pack, and ship shipments with a focus on safety and accuracy.
• Operate warehouse equipment and manage inventory.
• Maintain attendance and uphold safe work practices in the warehouse.
• Match product descriptions with label descriptions accurately.
• Build pallets to meet customer guidelines and participate in continuous improvement activities.
