• Previous warehouse or distribution experience is a plus.
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds regularly.
• Familiarity with inventory systems and handheld scanners is a plus.
• Forklift certification or willingness to obtain one is preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• 1-2 years of warehouse experience, preferred.

• Load and unload delivery trucks using appropriate equipment such as forklifts or pallet jacks
• Organize stock and maintain inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times
• Adhere to all safety policies and procedures
• Assist with other general warehouse duties as assigned

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A WAREHOUSE OPERATIONS ASSOCIATE

This position is responsible for receiving, picking, packing, and shipping products, as well as maintaining inventory accuracy and a safe, organized warehouse. The successful candidate will be detail-oriented and able to work independently as well as in a team.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• WORK SCHEDULE - PLEASE READ BEFORE APPLYING** This position works a set schedule of Saturday through Tuesday, 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM. This is a first shift opening, and the schedule is fixed to meet consistent customer service needs — there is no flexibility to adjust these days or hours. This job operates in a warehouse environment. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is exposed to inside ambient temperatures. Noise level may be high when operating powered industrial equipment. Employees are required to use appropriate safety equipment to prevent injury to self and/or others.
