Winter Technologies LLC is hiring a Warehouse Operations Associate to support our Pacific, MO facility. You will pull, prepare, and package high-purity tubing and fittings for customer orders, maintaining quality and accuracy at every step.

The ideal candidate is hands-on, dependable, and detail-oriented, able to follow procedures and PPE requirements while contributing to a safe, organized workplace. Training provided for borescope inspection and cleanliness protocols.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Comfortable standing and lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Basic computer skills for labeling work orders and crates.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written procedures.
• Reliable, team-oriented, and safety-minded.

Responsibilities

• Pull, stage, and verify tubing, fittings, and related products for customer orders.
• Package and label shipments accurately to prevent damage or errors.
• Perform cleaning processes per procedures and PPE requirements.
• Use borescope inspection camera to inspect tubing interiors (training provided).
• Assist with receiving, stocking, put-away, and general warehouse organization.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and proper stock location.

About the Role

This role helps pull, prepare, clean, inspect, and package high-purity stainless steel tubing and fittings for customer orders. The ideal candidate is hands-on, detail-oriented, dependable, and committed to quality, cleanliness, and doing the job right.

What You'll Do

• Pick, stage, and verify tubing, fittings, and related products for customer orders.
• Package and label shipments accurately to prevent damage, mix-ups, and shipping errors.
• Perform cleaning processes for tubing and fittings in accordance with established procedures and PPE requirements.
• Use a borescope inspection camera to inspect tubing interiors for visible defects or foreign material; training provided.
• Assist with receiving, stocking, put-away, and general warehouse organization.
• Support inventory accuracy through cycle counts, stock location organization, and material handling.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area while following company procedures and quality standards.

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Comfortable working on your feet and lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Basic computer skills required, including creating and printing labels for work orders and crates.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written procedures.
• Reliable, team-oriented, and safety-minded.

• Warehouse, shipping, or receiving experience.
• Experience with inspection, quality checks, or clean handling practices.
• Forklift experience or certification.
