Job summary

Centuri is seeking a Warehouse Assistant in Louisiana to help maintain the shop and warehouse, load and stock items, and support yard operations. You will report to the Warehouse Manager and work in a warehouse/construction yard environment.

Role requires basic reading and computer skills, ability to lift up to 80 pounds, and flexibility with schedules. Pre-employment screens and valid US work authorization are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience with inventory counting and tracking methods preferred.

Responsibilities

• Keep shop and warehouse areas clean, organized, and debris-free.
• Assist yard operations including loading, assembling orders, cleaning, stocking, and repairs.
• Receive, store, and distribute materials, tools, equipment, and products.
• Fill requisitions and work orders for materials and items.
• Assemble, mark, open, and count stock items.
• Drive a vehicle locally to transport supplies and materials.
• Operate various power motor vehicles as listed and required.
• Use computer systems to track inventory and equipment and maintain records.
• Maintain file systems for warehouse functions.
• Perform other duties as directed by leadership.
