Job summary

Centuri Construction Group, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Worker to maintain shop and warehouse areas, assist with yard operations, and manage materials, tools, and stock items across a busy construction environment.

You will drive local pickups, count stock, and use computer systems to track inventory, ensuring timely distribution of materials and safe, efficient operations on-site in Virginia. Previous warehouse experience is valued, with on-the-job training provided.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to operate and maneuver vehicles and equipment in tight spaces within a storage area.
• Prior experience with inventory counting and tracking methods.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the shop and warehouse areas are kept clean, organized, and free of debris.
• Assist with yard operations including the loading of pipe, assembling orders, general cleaning, organization, stocking, and repairs.
• Receive, store, and distribute materials, tools, equipment, and products within the warehouse.
• Fill requisitions, work orders, or requests for materials, tools, or other stock items.
• Assemble, mark, open, and count various stock items.
• Drive a vehicle within the local area to transport passengers and make routine pickup/delivery of supplies and materials.
• Operate several types of power motors vehicles including various truck types listed in the description.
• Utilize computer record keeping system to track and monitor inventory, small tools, and equipment.
• Maintain file system for all warehouse functions.
• Performs other tasks as requested by leadership.
