Job summary

Ikigai Cases is seeking a Warehouse Associate to join the Alexandria, VA warehouse. You will pack customer orders alongside the founders and actively track inventory while supporting engraving personalization on orders. Training will be provided for laser and CNC engraving tasks.

The role requires a minimum of 2 years in pick and pack, with a readiness to work 50 hours per week in-person in a fast-growing ecommerce environment.

Our mission is simple: make exceptional pill cases and provide exceptional customer service. We deliver on this by managing in‑house fulfillment at our Alexandria, VA facility (including custom engraving) and maintaining obsessive attention to detail.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum of 2 years of full time pick and pack experience
• Located in Alexandria, VA or nearby in DC, Maryland area
• Expecting to work 50 hours per week in‑person

COMPENSATION AND WORK SCHEDULE

• $60,000 per year + performance based bonuses
• 40 hours per week
