Position Overview

The Warehouse Associate at Essential Oxygen plays a vital role in supporting the smooth operation of our warehouse in Fairfield, CA. This hands‑on position involves picking, packing, loading, and organizing shipments, as well as contributing to inventory accuracy and special projects. The ideal candidate is a hardworking team player with attention to detail and a commitment to safety and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately pick, pack, and prepare outbound orders for all sales channels:
  • Distributor and wholesale pallet orders
  • Amazon and other e‑commerce marketplace shipments
  • Direct‑to‑consumer Shopify orders
• Perform physical warehouse tasks such as picking, packing, palletizing, loading, unloading, and staging shipments.
• Verify order accuracy, product quantities, lot codes, and shipping documentation prior to shipment.
• Receive incoming inventory and assist with product put‑away and stock organization.
• Conduct inventory cycle counts and assist with inventory reconciliation and accuracy initiatives.
• Follow established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and comply with all safety, quality, and operational standards.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness, organization, and adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) where applicable.
• Assist with inventory management activities and ensure accurate inventory transactions within company systems.
• Support special projects and continuous improvement initiatives as assigned by the Warehouse Manager.
• Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and cross‑functional departments to ensure efficient warehouse operations.
• Adhere to company policies and contribute to Essential Oxygen’s sustainability and environmental initiatives.

Required Qualifications

• Previous warehouse, fulfillment, shipping, or logistics experience preferred.
• Experience picking and packing both palletized wholesale orders and direct‑to‑consumer e‑commerce orders is highly desirable.
• Ability to safely lift and move up to 50 lbs. on a regular basis.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Dependable, self‑motivated, and able to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment.
• Team‑oriented mindset with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory management, shipping, or warehouse management systems preferred.
• Forklift certification or experience is a plus (if applicable).
