American Aqua/Pure Water Works is seeking an Operations Assistant to join our team in Saline, MI. This role keeps daily operations moving by covering routes, prepping equipment for install or delivery, unloading shipments, and supporting service work in the field and warehouse.

You will work closely with the Operations Manager to coordinate tasks and ensure safety and efficiency. No prior water-treatment experience is required.

This position works closely with the Operations manager to meet the daily needs in both the field, and in the warehouse.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with loading and unloading trucks
• Substitute delivery route driver
• Assisting with commercial water delivery logistics

Qualifications

• No previous experience in the water treatment industry necessary
• Ability to plan, layout, organize and execute work with minimum or no supervision
• Proficient with tools and repair work, mechanically inclined
• Organized and detail oriented
• Maintenance experience is a plus
• Excellent teamwork skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Must be able to occasionally lift up to 60lbs
• Must have a good driving record and ability to drive a company vehicle
