Job summary

Target is hiring for Warehouse Associate and Warehouse Worker roles at our Oregon location. Starting pay ranges from $22.25 to $28.14 per hour, with additional shift differential opportunities of $2.00 to $3.50 per hour. Progression opportunities exist based on tenure and performance.

Qualifications

• Able to lift and carry merchandise weighing 35-50 lbs frequently.
• Able to lift and carry merchandise weighing up to 60 lbs occasionally.
• Stand, walk, push, pull, squat, bend, and reach during shifts.
• Good written and oral communication skills.
• Must be able to read, understand English and follow safety instructions.
• Able to operate computer systems or handheld devices after training.

Responsibilities

• Pack, load, and ship items to stores and guests.
• Ensure accurate processing of merchandise to our stores and guests.
• Move inventory safely and efficiently throughout the warehouse.
• Maintain a neat, clean, and organized work area.
• Report to work on time and complete tasks accurately and on time.
• Engage in problem solving to support continuous improvement.
