Job summary

Target is seeking Warehouse Workers in the Colorado area to support our distribution operations. Roles involve packing, loading, shipping, and processing merchandise, with a focus on safety and efficiency in a fast-paced environment.

Starting pay is $25.20 per hour with a range up to $30.09 per hour, plus potential shift differentials. Advancement opportunities exist based on tenure within the role and performance.

Qualifications

• Able to lift 35-50 lbs frequently throughout a shift.
• Able to lift up to 60 lbs occasionally.
• Able to push carts up to 60 lbs and move items with equipment.
• Stand, walk, push, pull, squat, bend, and reach during shifts.
• Operate powered equipment safely (Pallet Rider, Scissor Lift, Forklift).
• Read labels, tickets, and product documentation.

Responsibilities

• Pack, load, and ship items to stores and guests.
• Ensure accurate processing of merchandise to our stores and guests.
• Work safely and efficiently to move inventory throughout the warehouse.
• Maintain a neat, clean, and organized work area.
• Report to work on time and complete tasks accurately and on time.
• Engage in problem solving to support continuous improvement.
